Hi Guys,
Welcome back. When I graduate and go back to my country, I will miss one thing for sure…

At first I used to hate it, but now I think that it was the most important and amazing experience of my life in Bowling Green. It is not my MBA class, parties, friends, library, etc (I will miss these things but they are not most important).

The most important thing is the weather of BG.  I think everybody else tries to scare you about it, but trust me you will fall in love with it. I am from a part of India which is near a sea coast (Mumbai) and very humid the whole year, so I never experienced the cold or change of seasons. If you are nature lover you will fall in love with BG!

Here we have four seasons spring, summer, winter, and fall. Fall is the time where trees change colors. In the university we have so many trees and it feels just great at the end of the fall season. I love the winter as well; I know everybody else scared you about the winter in BG. I agree that it is extreme sometimes but you will love the snow, playing in the snow and most important the change in the seasons. If you are taking good care and wearing warm clothes then you don’t have to worry about the winter. You will start enjoying it. For me, I saw snow for the first time in my life and it was simply awesome!

Spring is the time with lots of workload and nice weather outside to play and this is the most beautiful season because flowers start blooming and trees are green again. Summer time is always exciting in the USA because it is a vacation time.

So if you are planning to come BG then be excited about the weather and not scared of it and if you are not then please start planning. I assure that you will love it here.
