The 15-story high-rise residential condo development, located at 1 Lexington Avenue across the street from Park Central Mall in midtown Phoenix, is just a few steps away from the light rail station at Central Avenue and Osborn Road. Beginning in December 2008, the 20-mile light-rail line will shuttle people through Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa.

Originally built in 1974 as an office tower, it was completely gutted and rebuilt starting in 2006 by Equus Development Corporation (dba Windsor Century Plaza, LLC). The Century Plaza site offers condos from 734 to 2,911 square feet.
