==Double Penalization==
Double Penalization is the act of punishing one or more for their actions used a blanket punishment. This is many times not deserved, and is usually unfair too the masses.

For EXAMPLE: You write an HTML page for a computer programming class. A good friend of yours tries their best, but comes up short. In just under 3 minutes, you manage too ‘retool’ your article to the point that he could use the same one. You are both then punished by the teacher for having similar articles to the point of plagurism.
