Phi Alpha Theta is pleased to announce a Professionalism Forum for Thursday, October 2 at 1 pm in the History Conference Room, titled “So You Want to Present at a Conference?” This session will be led by Joe Faykosh and talk about preparing an abstract, turning seminar papers into conference proposals, choosing the right conference for your research, and the “dos and don’ts” of attending and presenting at a conference. Faykosh is a Ph.D candidate in the Graduate Program in Policy History at BGSU, writing on Franklin Roosevelt and the 1920s Democratic Party.
