Joe Faykosh and Christian Lengyel presented at the University of Cincinnati’s Queen City Colloquium on April 11th.
Faykosh, a Ph.D. candidate in political history presented “A Party in Peril: Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Democratic Party of the 1920s,” on a panel titled “Labor, Politics, and Resistance, 1920-1945.”
Lengyel, a Master’s student, presented “Pictures Frozen in Time: A Determination of Whether Confederate Currency Vignettes Functioned as Proslavery Propaganda,” on a panel titled “Antebellum America, Slavery, and Western Expansion.”
