Dr. Nicole Jackson and Joe Faykosh, a doctoral candidate and graduate instructor in the Policy History Program at BGSU, were invited to appear on BG24 News’ Public Affairs hour on Presidents’ Day in February.

Joe Faykosh was asked to be on as a “Presidential Expert” and gave information about the history of the holiday, as well as sharing his own views on presidential evaluations with the panelists.

Dr. Nicole Jackson was asked to speak about Black History Month, and she provided history about the celebrating of the month as well as addressing how the month has evolved and changed over the decades.
