6 and 7 Sentence Story(s?)

#1: you work to live, not live to work.
1. The monster wants to fish.
2. The monster gets hungry while watching his treasure(which isn’t going anywhere in the time being)
3. The monster walks up to the fishing hole, but discovers he cant fish with his work issued weapon
4. Work beckons the monster back to his responsibilities with a wailing siren
5. The monster reluctantly trudges back to his work area, pauses to think, and smashes the siren; parts of it go everywhere
6. The monster picks up the pieces from the siren, and makes a fishing rod out of his weapon and proceeds to the watering hole

#2: cannot change the innevitable
1. A character wants to keep his work area clean
2. amongst his cleaning he comes across an object that spits out trinkets
3. just as the character grows tired of throwing objects away, he decides to smash the dirtying object and discard it.
4. as the character discards the trinket spitting object, an ominous storm approaches and starts raining small trinkets.
5. the storm passes, and the main character comes out of hiding to discover his area cluttered with trinkets and feels like it is hopeless
6. the original trinket spitting object pulls itself from his garbage pit, and starts sucking in the debris until it is all gone; then pauses, jiggles and expels a small trinket into the now clean area
7. the main character walks up to the trinket spitting object,pauses between the object and the recently expelled trinket, leans over and pats the trinket spitting object on the “head”
