Guest Discusses Reporting and Media Relations with Feature Writing Class

Rhonda Sewell spoke with JOUR 3200: Feature Writing on Feb. 21. She shared her history in journalism, including 18 years on the Toledo Blade, mostly as a feature writer, and 10 of those years as a fashion writer. She told stories of events she had covered both as a hard news reporter and feature writer. She also spoke about and gave examples of how her journalism experience is helping her now as she works as the director of media relations for the Toledo Lucas County Library system. She is also an adjunct instructor in the Department of Journalism and Public Relations.
