Class: January 21
We talked about ethics when giving and listening to presentations. Our group had a pretty easy time coming up with rules for conduct because we have been presenting and listening to speeches for a while now. We also talked about the difference between conversational ethics and those during public speaking. It is more appropriate to use simple language and not pay much attention when having a regular conversation with another person. When we are doing public speaking or presentations, it is important to speak with proper grammar and articulate words. When listening to a speech it is important to pay attention and not distract the speaker or others in the audience.
