About the Video
This video portrays women and their efforts to raise awareness about body image and is a campaign to promote body positivity in our society. It emphasizes the point that “wellness looks different” on every body. There is no ‘one size fits all’ method of being healthy and having a well-cared-for body. Women challenge each other to be mindful of their bodies, and the campaign shows how body wellness can positively impact all aspects of one’s life. How we feel on the inside translates to how we feel and are perceived by others on the outside. When women feel good about their bodies, others will see them as worthy as well. Women deserve to be confident in how they look and to love theirselves unconditionally.
