These are websites that did interviews with 3D modelers in the field that I would like to work in. in these interviews they talked about how they drew inspiration and how they had to take casual breaks every once in a while and work on multiple projects at a time.

I can relate to what they are saying as I follow the same system when I am making things in maya.
