My characters goal is to win best smile every year and set a record

The inciting moment is when Mox must choose to either pull his tooth and lose his dreams or live in pain to have dreams
The rise of the conflict:
He keeps noticing that his tooth hurts worse and worse as he is eating his cheese puffs and finally the pain becomes unbearable that he must act apon it
