The program allows users to choose what trouble areas you want the workout catered to. Then you are presented with dozens of short videos of how to do the exercises.
I’ve been working out using the exercises from the videos for the past few days and I can feel how sore my muscles are. If you seriously do these workouts you are one step closer to reaching your desired body.
