Summary: Chick and Wilbur are two railroad clerks who are assigned to checking a shipment of two crates, the last remains of Dracula and Frankenstein’s monster. Of course the monsters are still alive in their coffins and so the comedy chase begins, with both a stray mad scientist and the Wolfman getting involved before very long.
