TED: Sleep

Jessa Gamble’s main focus is humans and the natural clock in our body that tells us when to rest and when to wake. She compares the body clocks to different people all over the world who deal with different time lapses of light. She also explains how the modern day body clock is messed up from things such as work and jet lag, in a sense that the light no longer seems to tell us when to sleep, for we have greater priorities. She does not explain the importance of sleep unlike the other articles, she simply explains how our body clocks work naturally.
