This I Believe essays are a positive expression of values to a specific person. Their values, as well as beliefs, are worded in a story, or experience that a person has lived through, and how he or she has come to value their beliefs. The goals are simple. Stay positive about your beliefs and values, and talk about one thing you believe in, as a way of life. Do not, however, talk about something you do not believe, or value. The idea of a This I Believe essay is to share an idea of how everyone has different beliefs and values, and how everyone looks at life.
