Ideas and thoughts about the videos i posted. I like the map idea of a zoomed out view to start with and then getting closer and closer zoomed in perspective. We could do something like this in the beginning of our video on the Toledo area.
On the NY/Chicago video i thought it was interesting how they had the videos flying in from the top/bottom side to side showing 2 videos at a time, and also the color overlays. I think the color overlays provide an interesting aspect to getting attention. I thought about how our video would be displayed on 3 or 4 different tv monitors that it might bring an interesting aspect to put in or play with the idea of it.
The last video shows pictures of places on a picture wheel. Another idea is we could have pictures of the sculptures combined with a video of something, could be interesting also. A picture text combo.
