The School of Media and Communication made an appearance in President Mazey’s State of the Union address Tuesday, with Telecommunications professor Dr. Park mentioned (around 21 minutes) for her excellent Media and Communication International Summer Institute and Communication professor Dr. Magsamen-Conrad mentioned (around 24 minutes) for winning the College of Arts and Sciences Diversity Award, and the SMC new South Hall building mentioned (around 28 minutes)!
