Why Do we use visuals?  We use visuals to help explain or understand a object or subject.  Sometimes it is much easier to see something rather than having someone just simply tell you what it may look like.  Visuals can also be more dramtic when trying to get a point across.  They can help entertain and keep the audiences attention.   I think that these points also play right into how visuals play a role in communication as well.  Visuals are important in life because seeing something can have a much bigger impact than just imagining what something may look like.  If you see it with your own eyes you will probably have a better understanding of what someone maybe talking about.

1. Writing
2. Reading
3. Following Directions
4. Communicating
5. Listening
6. Thinking critically

1.  I expect to have a better grasp on writing.  I would also like to become a well rounded student in english.

2.  Literacy is being educated on certain topic or subject. 

3.  There are many reason that we write.  We write so that we can put thoughts down on paper for later use.  We also write for entertainment because we believe others may enjoy what we are writing.
