There are many friends told me the first impressions in other place was bad , and they claim that people always cannot hold the new environment which is the different weather and climate and always be a groups with each other, speak native language. Itdefinitely cannot improve our English skill. However, mainly, I hold the opposite view for the following the reasons.
In my opinion, the first impressions about life in Bowling Green obviously are‘Different’. As we all know, people who live in a new environmentare uncomfortable for start, because it is different from the old place which people lived. However, I not only think this situation is not so difficult and unsuitable to me, but also having lot of experience and new friends that we can get. For example, I was studying in Wuhan and that place is too hot to play some sports which like basketball, football, etc outside. And bad atmosphere in Wuhan also is a serious issue. Nevertheless, I feel surprise when I live in the Bowling Green, which are fresh air and cool weather. It’s very comfortable andfabulous for me and I can play basketball and go gym every day.
Furthermore, I also make lots of friends which not only are local people, but also have some Asian students. We can play with each other, having chat with each other but speaking Chinese. It is another good way to boost my English skill I think.
Due to above mention reasons, that why I have a wonderful experience about life in Bowling Green when I came here.
I am really glad you have a good time in BG more than Wuhan and you can play sports unlike in Wuhan. Also, it is good to hear that u enjoying with the weather in BG.
