   Yes that is weird the video cut off like that but I was talking about in the novel and how it related to Anzaldua’s La Mestiza. I mentioned in my video about the main character having pride from where they were from after moving to the more established neighborhood. I believe they appreciate more things because of this. In addition, I mentioned some of the books themes such as pride, motivation, remembering loved ones, and never forgetting where you started.
