This scholarship will be awarded through the College of Arts and Sciences.
Criteria:
- Rising senior in Arts & Sciences intending to pursue careers in the public sector
- Must be studying in areas of public administration, government communications, journalism or broadcasting, political science, public health administration, community service or pre-law
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
Student must submit a 500-1000 word essay describing your career aspirations in the public sector and how your BGSU education will assist you in achieving those goals.
The application for this scholarship is the same as the general application for all of the college scholarships and is accessible online on the College’s Student Resources Web page under the “Scholarships” section. Students can also link to the online application directly.
The application deadline for the College of A&S scholarships, including the Reams, is Friday, Feb. 28, 2014
