On this page is my literacy narrative. For this essay, we explored how a particular literacy shaped the person we are today. I chose to write an essay on a certain novel I had read years ago that still has a profound effect on me. As I am going to become an English teacher, I completely acknowledge the lasting effects a book can have on a person. Thus, I chose to write my essay on this specific novel. In doing so, it helped me realize how this particular literacy has continued to shape who I am. In addition to this, I have also included a document explaining why I did not revise my literacy narrative.
