Day 1, After working hard last week, fall break got the best of me. So with this break of excercise, I’ve decided to start again today. Goal for today is 3 miles, plus strength training. Wish me luck!

Em, I didn’t realize you wanted to run a half marathon. We should make it a family affair, and get everyone in on training and having fitness goals! 🙂 What race do you want to run?
