Strengths

2. Easy access to any sport blog offered
3. Lists entries by date submitted
4. Has available tutorials for those unfamiliar with blogs
5. All sports have feeds directly from home team in each classification

Weaknesses
1. Low visual attractiveness
2. Potentially too many options for bloggers such as sub lines of Tickets, Mobile, Density
3. Unrelated links and advertisements listed throughout web page
4. Too many unrelated advertisements that don’t attract attention
5. Multiple blog sites to attract attention away from parent blog site, loss of original blog participation

Opportunities
1. Creates possibility for web visitors to become bloggers because of links, tutorials and news offered
2. Available advertisement on any blog page
3. Constructed criticism is welcome via mail, email or phone to corporate
4. Extensive blogs by team and sport offer potential for patrons to follow unfamiliar sports
5. Partnerships with Amazon.com and Art.com have allowed the website to sell low cost sport books, dvds and posters

Threats
1. Scams on tickets may be found
2. Identity theft is a possibility when bloggers post personal information regarding purchases
3. Negative blogs posted on top of another bloggers post creates hostility
4. Potential of computer hacking with username and password
5. Loss of patrons because of weaknesses listed
