Effie Papanikolaou was invited by the Musicology Department at Ohio State University to participate in their annual Colloquium Series (February 2011). Her lecture, part of her larger book-length project on the symphonic mass, was titled “Interrogating the Sacred: Beethoven’s Missa solemnis.”
