Project 3: Sketches and Ideas
First the scene starts with a ducks nest, filled with eggs ready to hatch.
Then, one wiggles just enough to go over the top of the nest.
It rolls away from the nest down hill, and its legs burst through the shell.
On its adventure back, it blindly waddles back to the nest.
As its going, it encounters obstacles such as branches and trash.
1. It eventually reunites with its brothers and sisters or
2. It gets eaten by a predator as it draws near the nest.

I like your idea. Maybe to have the egg fall out of the nest a tractor is driving by (but you don’t see it just hear it) causing the ground to shake therefor making the egg roll out.I like the second ending. Instead of making another animal, have it fall down an animals hole ( an animal that would eat it), then all you hear is crunch and a burp.

I like your idea but you might want to make a few changes in order to avoid having to make more than one character.

Your ideas both sound interesting, but I think #2 could be a problem, since you’d have to animate another character.
