After reading what my reviewer wrote during peer review, I was reassured that I tailored by resume and cover letter to the job posting I selected. I did not receive any feedback about what could be changed or altered, so I am not sure what I can improve on in my own work. I feel that the peer review would be more helpful if the improvement sections were filled out.
