Singer-songwriter Simon de Voil is the focus of the documentary Funny Kinda Guy, which follows his transition from living as a woman to living as a man, and the place of his voice and music in the process. Mr. de Voil will be visiting BGSU for a screening of the film, a discussion, and some music. Funny Kinda Guy is a down-to-earth, personal, and moving experience, and Mr. de Voil is a wonderful speaker and musician.
