UPCOMING EVENTS

Career Conversations for Graduate Students will take place on June 3 and June 4, 2019 at the Graduate College, 120 McFall Center. Attend webinar presentation and participate in roundtable discussions with peers.  [INFO]

Lunch & Learn: The U.S. Census Counts will take place @ 11:30 on June 5, 2019 at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, 308. Attend seminar on the history and importance of the U.S. Census and the particular obstacles that could be met with making sure that everyone is “counted once and in the right place.”  [INFO]

7th Annual Compliance Day will take place on June 6, 2019 @ 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, 228.  Attend the Office of Human Resources’ annual compliance training sessions. Sessions will cover new regulations and current legislation. Registration is required and seating is limited.  [INFO] Program. [INFO]

Professional MBA Open House (PMBA) will take place June 11, 2019 @ 4:30pm – 6:00pm.

Friday, July 12 –Completed Thesis/Dissertation Defense and Manuscript Approval Form including all signatures is due in the Graduate College by 5:00 p m

Friday, July 19 –Upload of approved, final copy of master’s thesis/doctoral dissertation

Friday, August 2 –Results of the capstone experience for ALL Plan II Master’s degrees must be submitted by 5:00 pm. The Plan II (Master’s) Report is a DocuSign eform.

The Graduate Student Senate Regalia Award  supports graduate students who may need help covering the cost of renting regalia (for Doctoral students) or purchasing regalia (for Master’s students).The deadline for Summer graduates is Monday, June 10, 2019. [INFO]

Update from the library: In years past, graduate students were required to physically bring in books to be renewed for the summer. This year, they can be renewed online. Free HIV Testing: The Wellness Connection in the Student Recreation Center is offering free, confidential, and LGBTQ+affirming Rapid HIV tests June 17, 2019 @ 10:30am – 2:30pm. Walk-ins are welcome. More dates will be offered in the next session. [INFO]
