Messin’ Around with Photoshop CS6

The past few days, we have been messing around with photoshop, editing and compositing images. I used the image I posted in the last blog post to photoshop. First, I color corrected the image to make it more balanced. Then, I found this image online.

It is of the Internet Creation, the Slenderman. People online find it funny to put him in real world places since he is a figment of the internet’s imagination. So i selected the Middle Image since it matched my lighting situation most and went to work. I created a shadow for the slenderman out of his image, and flipped it, put it as a reflection in the wall, and changed the opacity so it looked more like a reflection.

Next, I added some grain to the image of the man in the center of the frame so it matched the picture more. I added a few blurs to the shadows and images to make it match the background as well. My final image I have looks like this.

I’m pretty happy with how the image turned out, it looks decently photorealistic.
