Representative Rock considers reform of government, reducing home property taxes, and making legislators more accountable to voters as top legislative priorities.

Prior to his election to the state House, Rock was a self-employed, home building business owner and manager of his own dairy farm. Representative Rock is a lifelong resident of Franklin County. He and his wife live in Mont Alto with their two daughters.
