Problems importing records from the OhioLINK catalog to RefWorks

We are experiencing problems with the standard method of importing records from the OhioLINK central catalog to RefWorks.

As a workaround until the problem is resolved, users may look up their OhioLINK items in the WorldCat catalog (from OCLC FirstSearch) and either export from there to RefWorks, or export as text and import the text file into RefWorks. Instructions can be found on our website.

The problem has been reported and will hopefully be resolved within the next several days.
