Brief library system outage January 5

Between 9:00am and 11:00am on Thursday, January 5, 2011, the library catalog, My Library Account, off-campus access to databases, and OhioLINK and local requesting will be unavailable as we upgrade our catalog software.

Alternate on-campus access to many, but not all, of our research databases will be available through the OhioLINK website during this time. Users may also still search for BGSU library materials through Summon and the OhioLINK catalog, but information about the availability of these materials may not be accurate during the catalog downtime, and off-campus users may not be able to link to full text.

Please contact the Research & Information Desk if you have any questions or if you experience problems requesting materials or logging in to databases from off campus after the downtime period is over.
