Goal 3 Strategies

Individuals from the BGSU community are encouraged and invited to suggest distinctive and major approaches (i.e. strategies) to support the accomplishment of Goal 3.
A strategy development Toolkit (with information the process, guidelines on strategy development, and requirements for submission) can be found at the Strategic Planning website.

From the Division of Student Affairs:
1. Ensure diversity education focuses on opportunities to increase awareness, knowledge and skills for all campus members.
2. Assess, quantify, and identify the changing needs of students in regard to issues of race, ethnicity, culture, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, ability, or status as a veteran to prepare students for life-long success.
3. Continue to integrate diversity into campus curriculum co-curriculum.
