What are your thoughts about interviews based on the class discussions, class activities, assignments and readings of the week?

This week we talked more about the different parts of the interview process.  We learned what to do and what not to do, especially in the opening.  That is the most important part of the interview.  If you start off being too forward or with leading questions, it’s probably going to make for a  bad interview.  We also learned that making up the topics and suptopics of our interview before we do the interviewing, it makes the interview go smoother.  I think after getting more in deapth with the interview process, makes interviewing easier each time we do one.  I have become more comfortable with asking questions and doing a one on one interview.
