Trimark Properties (http://www.TrimarkProperties.com), an award-winning Gainesville apartments developer, is now interviewing for their Summer 2013 Digital Media Internship. This part-time position is held at the company headquarters, located across the street from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Chosen applicants will join the in-house media team and will coordinate the 2013 Strategic Digital Media Plan for the Apartment and Housing division of the company.
This position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with strong advancement opportunities upon completion of the program. Gain real-world technical skills in digital media, market research, advertising design, web design, social media, public relations and more. Most semesters, the team works on digital media for all 23 apartment complexes owned and managed by Trimark in Gainesville. However, during the Summer of 2013, the team will be working on launching the campaigns for 3 new apartments in Gainesville which are currently under construction; work will include online ads, apartment photography and virtual tours, social media campaigns, and apartment community web design. Requirements:
– Strong computer skills
– A passion for marketing, advertising and communications
– Working knowledge of the Adobe suite,including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
– All majors are considered though students studying communications, digital media, marketing and advertising are highly encouraged to apply
– Previous experience is a plus but not required.
