NPR offers a few fellowships for recent grads. The Kroc Fellowship offers an intensive year-long program that pays over $40,000 a year. The Stone and Holt Weeks Fellowship combines a 12-week experience at NPR with a 12-week program at the Washington Post. The Above The Fray Fellowship involves international reporting.
