 Marketing Operations Intern:

(Entry level marketing stuff: help with social, events, copy, Sales Ops, ABM)

  • Focus: data processing, SFDC support & ABM campaigns
  • Microsoft Connect maintenance, Enter new prospects, Close deals with Proof of Execution, Connect Aprimo partners with Microsoft partners
  • Need the global who’s who in the org updated – would just be a matter of reaching out to the various teams to get updates then make changes to the doc accordingly.
  • Help with updating the BDE Handbook – taking several different pieces of content that would be pulled into the doc for edits.

  1. Product Marketing Intern:

(Research minded: competitive, market research)

  • We’ve got a lot of market research, product content related, and program management items that are backlogged at the moment and that would be appropriate for an intern.
  • Competitive research build-out – attend webinars, take notes/screenshots, produce competitive product overviews, interview internal stakeholders and partners for competitive feedback to update competitive intel master reference deck: Stylelabs, Workfront, Allocadia, Bynder, Percolate, Censhare, Nuxeo, etc.
  • Market research – We have general market research needs around content marketing and marketing performance management
  • Quantifying market sizing, stats on the impact of problems and ROI of solving them, background research on messaging items and competitor sets, buyer personas, and potential partners

  1. Brand Experience Intern:

(Knowledge management: content, media, taxonomy, keyword tagging)

  • We need help getting everything on the DAM, Uberflip
  • Screenshot library – We need to create a master screenshot library that everyone can grab product shots from. Build out a master repository that everyone could leverage going forward.
  • Product knowledge management and documentation help – coordinating between product management, product advocates, and product marketing and update/expand our product/technical enablement and marketing materials.

  1. Engineering Interns: 2 Positions Available

(Solid Programming Background Needed):

o   The focus of the internship will be learning to build web applications within an agile scrum team.

o   You will have the opportunity to do full stack development (AngularJS, REST API, C# .NET, SQL Server) in Azure.

o   We need individuals who display teamwork, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

o   Solid programming background needed.

o   Timing: Full time over summer 2018

(Solid Programming Background Needed):

o   The focus of the internship will be learning to build web applications with the Research & Development (R&D) team.

o   You will be trained to be strong technically as well as be able to work well in an agile team environment (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, Agile Testers) to assist with prototype, design, and deliver great features on-time for a web-based application.

o   We need individuals who display great teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

o   Timing: Fulltime over Summer 2018

  1. Human Resource Intern:

(Rising Junior or Senior in Human Resource Program a plus):

o   An introduction to the fundamentals of recruiting: Posting positions, screening resumes, phone screen, background check administration and onboarding.

o   Social media promotion: identifying social media outlets to promote the Aprimo Employer Brand and develop/project management of social media campaigns for those outlets.

o   Basic data entry and file structure cleanup of personnel files.

  1. Corp IT Intern: (Technical minded: analytical, attention to detail, troubleshooter)
    • We will be refreshing approximately 120 new laptops this summer, which includes inventory management, loading the image, and distributing the equipment that would be appropriate for an intern.
    • Assist with IT asset management – Work with IT personnel to identify and record system assets
    • Work with Sharepoint Admin to streamline corporate intranet site and identify automation possibilities for future projects
    • Conference Room Prep – Provide daily walk through of conference rooms to test equipment and reset configurations.
    • Monitor IT systems for performance and anomalies, review business processes, respond to trouble ticket inquiries and work with internal customers to resolve issues. Timing: All part-time or fulltime over Summer duration

*All Internships pay $15.00 per hour (International will pay at local market rate with local work week) with a maximum of 40 hours a week (no overtime). Must be legally eligible to work in position location to be considered. Housing and transportation costs are not covered as Interns will need to make their own arrangements.
