Your Hometown Lima Stations has an opening for an on-air personality interested in working in both weather and news. Looking for a meteorologist who can give the weather during a live newscast. Duties will include weekend weather on 6 & 11pm newscasts, one man band reporting during the week, live shots. This is tentatively a Saturday thru Wednesday position. We have a live truck, expect successful candidate to be able to go live for both weather & news. Being able to shoot, edit and write news stories is helpful, but will train. Successful candidate must work well with weather team and news staff. Working knowledge of WSI, ENPS Newsroom computers, FINAL CUT editing and WORLD NOW websites moves you to the head of the class.
