Indiana’s NewsCenter is growing and has a rare opportunity for you to be on the cutting-edge of modern journalism with the leading media company in Northeast Indiana.
Our immediate opening is for an exceptional individual with proven skills to work part-time as an Interactive Web Producer. This person will be responsible for various facets of website production on our dynamic website www.indianasnewscenter.com, while also reporting web content for the networks of Indiana’s NewsCenter.
You’ll be responsible for managing the site’s content and expanding the number of page views and unique users of the site.
You’ll moderate civic journalism submissions, including our popular YouNewsTV franchise, and you’ll report for traditional broadcasts on Indiana’s NewsCenter.
Education Required: Prefer that you have a degree in journalism or related field. Experience Required: We require that you’ve had previous web production experience. Benefits: The company offers paid vacation and a 401(k) plan.
