Essay 4 was still just as hard as the other essays for me. However, gathering all of my thoughts and connecting each one to the next was a lot easier for me to do. I’m just glad to almost be done with the essay.

My essay could use smoother transitions at the beginning of my paragraphs. I worked really hard to put one in almost every paragraph.

My most effective solution is for the university to save money by saving paper. Bowling Green wastes so much money on sending junk mail to perspective/future students. It also wastes large sums of money on paper printing receipts for purchases on the meal plan. The University could save a lot of money by cutting back on unnecessary spending. I’m working on showing why it is the best solution.

The University needs to focus on saving money instead of raising the tuition cost. They could spend less money on electricity and paper.

I think Matt Miller does a really good job of convincing readers that poor districts need to improve their schools. I think he does a great job with this essay he uses a lot of good vocab words, has interviews and research in it to back up his positions and really supports his side of the argument. Only problem I see is he used me and I and refers to himself in the essay. That’s not very formal.
