This is a good start to your thesis statement, but I think it needs more elaboration and more criteria.

I really like this thesis statement. Just because you wear a certain type of make up does not mean that you life will suddenly change into a better one, you may feel more confident in how you look, but your whole will not change because of one make up brand.
