Trips

I’ve been fortunate to have taken many trips in my lifetime. I’ve gone to several states such as Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, West Virginia, and North and South Carolina. As I mentioned before, I also went on a trip to Greece, Italy, and Paris. I have also been to Mexico and Canada. Beyond that, I haven’t been anywhere else outside of the United States… yet. I am looking forward to being able to travel later in life to see different things and places. The picture below is from a family vacation to Ocean Isle Beach.

My International Experiences

During the summer between 7th and 8th grade, I went on a trip with a program called People to People. It lasted 3 weeks and I went to Greece, Italy, and Paris. It was a great experience, however, if I could do it over I would go later on in life so that I would be able to appreciate it more.

Beyond that, I have had many other international experiences. I have had plenty of classmates and professors that were from other countries. Currently, in my MBA class, there are people from at least 7 different countries. I also interned at an international company over the last couple of summers. I worked with people from the Philippines and Mexico frequently.

My name is Gary Stansberry and I am from Mansfield, Ohio. This is my final year at BGSU, I am finishing my undergrad degree in Business Management and will graduate with that in December. After that, I will continue until next August and then receive my MBA.
