I played with the highlights shadows and a little bit of the sharpening to make the dog1 photo appear like the dog_correctedPDF. Then I used the color selection tool by color range and clicked on the background of the do image. I then used the quick selection tool to refine the selected area. I deleted the background. Then I went back with the eraser tool and zoomed around the edge of the remaining image to clean up any pixels that my initial selection missed. After that I dragged the dog head into the lake image and scaled it to look like the dog was swimming in the water.
I used the quick selection tool to get the bulk of the background part of the car images selected that I wanted to delete. I went around the cars then I refined the edge selection area then did a select inverse and deleted the area that I had selected. I then zoomed in on the image and used the eraser tool to delete the areas of the previous image that I did not want. I did this to two car images. I then dragged the cars that I had selected onto the background image and resized them to fit the proportions.
