For this assignment I did some copy and pasting. I copied the Siren from the original police car image. I also selected the Sheriff text and used the warp tool to try to make it look the correct way on the side of the car. I used the free transform tool as well. I also used the color range selection tool to change the police car from red to black. I also used the brush tool and the selection refine toold. I used the paint brush to touch up the areas around the edges. I also used the non destructive editing layers to change the saturation and hue of the layers.
