What seems most important to my job ad is that it says that you need to be committed to the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of all students.  This is important because this is the kind of person they are looking for. I will have to address these needs in my cover letter.

• What does the company do?  This is an independent co-ed college preparatory school.
• What are the desired qualifications and skills? See above.
• What does the company seem to value? They value the unique talents and learning styles of each student.
• What are key words that are included on their website (or in their ad) that you should include? That I am qualified for this position.
