In this essay what i took out of it was all the great counterarguements and examples of how this could boos education. so thats what i want in my writng. being from California traffic is a major part of my life. the overpopulated cities and people everywhere is the story my life. i think i could solve thtat problem if people just wne the speed limit here would be no traffic. another way to solve it would be unpopulate populated areas.
