Film Manifesto
Successful filmmaking tends to lean towards Communism, politically speaking. There is a hierarchy in place, yes, but the director is no more important than the P.A. who gets coffee. Everyone serves the same purpose. That purpose it to make the film what it is supposed to be.

Rubble
Rubble
Globe. World. Sphere. Planet. Earth. Home. These are all words people use to describe the place where we live. I know better than that. I talk to her all the time. I know her real name. I know what she likes to be referred to as. Well…I know what she liked to be referred to as. That was until we humans came along. We have since treated her like the word she hates the most….trash. We litter on her, kill each other on her, and destroy her. Minute by minute, piece by piece, war by war, until time itself splits her soul in two. It is our privilege, not our right that gives her to us. We must realize this before we are left without her embrace.
Goals and Dreams
Hello friends. My name is Brett Wineland. I am a junior here at Bowling Green State University, studying film with the hopes of eventually becoming a director/dop. How do I hope to get there one day? Lots of hard work obviously. Stay tuned to see if that happens or if I am just full of shit.
