Norwalk resident receives scholarship to attend BGSU Firelands Huron, Ohio – Jessalyn Audra Vogt of Norwalk has received The Janell J. Graves Scholarship to attend Bowling Green State University Firelands College. She will receive $1,764 towards tuition for the 2016-2017 academic year.
